"Hi! When Will My Order Arrive?"

Hi! Your parcel will be delivered via New Zealand Post or Pass The Parcel (Post Haste Couriers), and will generally arrive within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. 

If you're needing something super speedily, we also offer overnight delivery; just select the 'Next-Day Delivery' option at checkout. 

"Where Are You Based?"

In sunny Whakatāne, New Zealand.

"What Happens If I Don't Like My Order/It Doesn't Fit/Etc.?"

You're absolutely welcome to return it!

It's really important to us that you're happy with your purchase, so we'll gladly issue a full store credit for any items - excluding lingerie or swimwear - which may not be suitable. Take a peek at our Returns Policy for further details.

"Do You Buy Secondhand Clothing? I Have A HEAP Of Stuff..."

Not at this stage (sorry!).

We try to keep our prices as affordable as possible, and what we've found is that by the time we've bought, laundered, photographed and then listed your pieces (lovely as they are!)... well, it just doesn't work out to be particularly economical. Especially if we're paying $25 for an item which, realistically, we may only sell for $20. 

We'd be more than happy to steer you in the direction of some excellent Facebook groups to sell in, though. Sing out if you'd like any recommendations!

"How Can I Get In Contact?"

Please send an e-mail through to info@curatedcurves.com, or get in touch with us via Facebook or Instagram. (We're pretty prompt, and aim to respond within 24 hours!)

"I Don't Seem To Have Received A Reply..."

Pretty please check your 'Junk' or 'Spam' e-mail folders. Every now and then we'll receive a "hmmm, I'm still waiting to hear back..."-type message. It is always because our e-mails have accidentally wound up somewhere else! (We promise, we'd never ignore you, so if you don't appear to have heard from us - have a quick peek in there!)
