Bought something that doesn't quite make you swoon? You're absolutely welcome to exchange it. It's really important to us that you're happy with your purchase, so we'll gladly issue a full store credit* for any items - excluding jewellery, lingerie or swimwear - which may not be suitable.

The Need-To-Knows

  • An item submitted for return must be in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of ordering. If a new item was purchased, it'll have to be unworn (if there's even a whiff of cigarette smoke or perfume, etc., we're sorry - but we can't accept it!), in its original packaging, and still wearing its tags. If it's a pre-loved piece, it'll need to still be in its clean, in-excellent-condition self. 
  • Equivalent store credit (we provide this in the form of an electronic voucher code) will be issued for the same value of your purchase once the returned item has been received (please allow up to 3 business days for this to occur). This credit can then be used by you to choose another garment(s) at any time; no expiry date applies. 
  • If you're returning an item, it's best to ensure that its delivery is tracked, as unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any items which are lost or misplaced in the mail.
